We had a great stay at Jako Hotel in Sarandë. The hotel is modern and well equipped, with clean and comfortable rooms and excellent soundproofing. The beds were fairly comfortable, and we loved the beautiful sea view from our balcony. Parking is included, which is very convenient.
The staff were kind, helpful, and flexible — even allowing a late check-in without any problem. The wellness area (sauna and jacuzzi) was spotless and a great bonus after a day of sightseeing.
Breakfast was good and adequate, though a bit more variety would make it perfect. Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay — good value for money.

Great stay - The rooms look exactly like the pictures and the view of the ocean was spectacular. The breakfast was very good and the staff were lovely. Would come back!
The stay itself was fine in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and location, but my experience with the reception manager was extremely disappointing and overshadowed the trip.
When I booked through Hotels.com, all the room options were shown with sea view photos and there was no clear labeling to distinguish between which rooms included sea view and which did not. I showed this directly to the manager, and he even admitted the interface was misleading. Still, instead of trying to find a solution, his attitude was rude and unprofessional.
The night staff had promised to move us to a sea view room the next day, but when I followed up, the manager flatly refused. He claimed there was no availability, then said even if there were, he wouldn’t give it to me because I had “made a scene.” He repeatedly dismissed my concerns, acted patronizing, and even made irrelevant comments about having traveled to “44 countries” as if that excused the way he treated guests.
Rather than focusing on resolving the issue, he kept accusing me of being loud, twisting the conversation as though I was the problem, and saying “standard room means no sea view in all hotels in the world” — despite the misleading presentation on Hotels.com that caused the confusion in the first place.
Everything else at the hotel was fine, but the way the reception manager handled the situation was unacceptable. Guests deserve professionalism and respect, especially when the booking platform information is unclear.

Mas o que mais nos encantou foi o atendimento do gerente Odise e suas duas recepcionistas (Ida e Enxhi) que em todos os momentos demonstraram uma preocupação genuína com o nosso conforto e bem estar.
