Pros:

ツインを予約したがツインとは言えない狭さ。
荷物を広げるのも人が部屋の中を動くのもいちいち相手に移動してもらわないとままならない。
デスクも狭く必要な物を出せない。クローゼットがないので厚手のコートをかけると他のものを掛けられない。
