Pros:

El personal de recepción nos dijo que al haber hecho la reservación por Expedia y no directamente en el hotel no los podía dar cobertura de tarifa en ningún parqueadero, al parecer no les gusta ni les conviene trabajar con Expedia, priorizan a los que hacen la reserva por canal directo, nos quisieron dar una habitación que parecía una bodega adaptada, sin ventilación y húmeda, con una puerta de 1,20 mts de altura, los baños son muy mal ventilados y sucios

The hotel in accommodations were fine the staff was good. My problem was the safety of the shower. The floor tiles were very slick to the foot. The shower doors were glass. I worked in a hotel and we had a guest die from slipping, falling through the glass, cutting himself and bleeding out. (in fairness, the guest was hammered drunk)

I didn't shower there, and won't return for this reason alone.

Las instalaciones muy lúgubres, el personal nada amable, no es nada acogedor, en el lobbie no hay ni música ambiental, se siente como no tiene ganas de trabajar.

Pros:

The hotel was well situated and easy to get to. Walking distance to many activities, shops churches and museums etc Room was nice and clean each time we returned from our outings. The only inconvenience was not being able to go out early for church service as the hotel was closed until 7.30am. A Comfortable stay in beautiful city that Cuenca turned out to be.
