I made a mistake of booking the stay in Cruise hotel through orbitz, but the hotel would not let me check in, claiming they did not receive payment. They also did not allow a cancellation through orbitz. I paid for the stay twice and I filed the refund tickets with the credit cards and orbitz, the refund request through orbitz was declined due to the hotel policy. I am still trying to resolve this issue with orbitz without much success. Please be aware of the scam that the hotel runs - it may very well ruin your experience in Tbilisi. Also, the heat doesn't work, and the nights in Tbilisi are rather cold.
