Broken sink tap , toilet sheet shaking up . Washroom tiles shaking and mattress was on bad condition . We ask for change the room . Front desk attendant willing to change room but owner or manager lai that he is full house .
Not recommended this place . Washroom is too small .
I thought they were charging me $542 as stated in your advert, turned out 542 pounds but that is what receipt said. Too loud inside and out but otherwise better than expected.
bathroom facilities were too poor, shower set sliding down during shower, tea cups are too small, didn’t tidy the room when we stayed for 2 nights.
Was okay. Rooms were tired and lacked decent amenities. Definitely looked nothing like any of the photos. Staff were helpful and friendly though. And everything was okay.
The bathroom is was not clean and the toilet it was so so disgusting and outlet to charge the phone were broken.

El hotel tienen una ubicación magnífica, en un barrio excelente, cerca de comercios y estaciones de metro. Pero luego el hotel en si es horrible. Las camas incomodisimas, la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia. Teníamos que pedir que nos hicieran las habitaciones, y aun así un día llegamos y nos encontramos las habitaciones sucias, camas deshechas...... Otro detalle es que no tiene ascensor y tienes que subir por unas escaleras muy desgastadas y estrechas si te toca una habitación de las que están arriba. Cuando nos entregaron las habitaciones una de ellas tenía las cortinas medio caídas/descolgadas.... Pedimos que por favor nos lo arreglasen, nos dijeron que nos mandarían a alguien, aún seguimos esperándolo. Las habitaciones son calurosas y apenas tienen un pequeño ventilador, de las dos habitaciones había una en la que dormir la primera noche casi se hizo insoportable del calor que hacía. Si tienes más opciones, NO elijas este hotel. Nosotros porque fue una reserva de última hora, y aun así dando gracias por no haber encontrado ratas como otros huéspedes.
It is nothing great but it is ok don't expect too much and they don't have parking you can park from 5 evening to 10 morning after that you will get ticket 😊
Be better with fridge and better ventilated
Quelques remarques à faire notamment concernant la propreté de la chambre et de la salle de bain, le rideau de douche n’était pas propre.
They won’t return any emails about an item left in the hotel. Room wasn’t as advertised. Go somewhere else

Not happy at all my stay, mainly because the 24/7 check in doesnt exist
Stood ring, knocking the door and pressing the doorbell to the property for 20-30 minutes and nobody answered
Gave up and had to travel home, long day at work and then couldn't rest had to travel home exhausted and frustrated

Ammenities stated in the description were not provided the bed was extremely bobbly and worn so really uncomfortable and had to sleep on top of the duvet. The fire alarm went off at 1am with no explanation or apology from staff just sent back to rooms to wait for it to stop
