First time at Oceanus Motel, but won't be the last
Pros:

Affordable pricing for a very convenient location, right by the main street - easily walkable to both the beach and the boardwalk. Room was very clean, with a microwave and mini fridge, and beds were comfty, with a great working air conditioner.
Very nice and clean pool.
Housekeeping was very nice.
Front desk was friendly and helpful, and they offer free coffee all day.

Pros:

Great experience. Check in was quick, they let you get your parking pass early while your room is getting ready if you want to go to the beach for the day and check in later. Clean rooms, great amenities, will be staying here again.
