Hotel was nice and clean, and the staff was great, but the room was super noisy, paper thin walls. We could hear the people next door talking all night and the ac was loud as well.

The lobby looks great, but rooms are basic and the shower didn't appear to be cleaned thoroughly since there was stands of hair. The staff was friendly during check-in; however, we overheard an employee tell another to switch rooms, which made us uncomfortable as later discussed, despite obviously not knowing if it was to one better or worse nor if in regards to us or the other guests present at the front desk. No one answered the times we called the front desk. The breakfast from the restaurant tasted good, but was more costly than expected and had a limited selection. Although the gym is small, there was an excellent selection of equipment, including a Peleton, and all the machines looked new/well maintained! The pool is decently sized, yet unheated and located on the shady side of the property. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and were glad it was still open in November, but there were a lot of kids. Parking is outrageous at $35 per night so we were happy to find cheaper options nearby. We had a lot of fun with the outdoor pool table and hockey game, playing each night before returning to our room. We really appreciated the complimentary glass of champagne at Legacy Club and $25 free slot play at Circa!!

AC Hotel was perfect

The stay was very good. The entire building was very clean and professional. The room was nice and clean. There is a Starbucks inside and a restaurant as well with very delicious food. There are many seats inside and out that are comfortable and nice to hang around.

The hotel is new so it looks nice but the rooms are incredibly small, the electrical wiring is terrible there's one main light switch by the door that controls everything and no way to turn off the hall light without also turning off the bedside table lamps. The AC was unbelievably noisy. Our shower had to run for at least 20 minutes before it even got warm so we took luke warm showers both nights, there's no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it stays humid and wet and smells linger and to make it all worse theres no handle to open/close the shower door from the inside. We were there for the sema car show and luckily didn't have to spend a lot of time in the room but I would never stay here again. This hotel is also shared with another hotel and is all connected so the only way to tell the difference is the color of the carpets and light fixtures in the hall which made finding our room on the 1st night a little confusing. The bed and pillows were comfortable but that's it.

The hotel literally blocks the sun from the pool area. I don’t come to a warm climate location to lay in the shade. Great job folks.

Ive stayed twice now at the AC hotel at Symphony Park, and extremely happy with this location the genuinely friendly & professional staff, the impeccable, upkeep and design of the property. It has a great restaurant lounge with excellent menu menu items at comfortably fair prices.I will definitely be staying here for future Las Vegas Vegas visits.

New hotel, what else can I say? Everything was perfect.

Nice new hotel and parking garage right next door is convenient. But staff and service were very disappointing: Room was not cleaned on consecutive days, despite specific requests. Door of our room did not lock (!) and was not repaired even after we reported it. After repeated complaints we were “allowed” to move to another room. No apology or compensation. Not what we are used to from a Marriott / AC Hotel

Just wish the water pressure was better while showering
