Great staff
Thin walls, listened to adjacent TV until late night
Amazing service and amazing property… But the sewer smell coming out of the bathroom drains was almost unbearable. Hopefully it was just a bad day.
I pass through Istanbul airport every once in a while and don't want to go all the way into the city for the night. Finding this hotel close to the airport has been great. Peaceful surroundings make it restful. The restaurant serves good food and the include breakfast was a nice way to start the day.
Close to the airport, good but expensive restaurant on the site.
We booked a junior suite for 2 adults and 3 kids, with a double and 3 single beds, for a night.
We were looking forward to a nice evening enjoying the facilities in the suite after a 7 hour flight.
We were shocked and extremely disappointed at check-in when we were accompanied to our accommodation which was a room with a double bed. Somehow the staff did not find it odd that a family of 5 would stay in a room with only a double bed!
When asked, we were told that was our booking and if we needed an upgrade we would have to pay for it. After showing the booking details, the manager was phoned and we were told that our suite was no longer available and we would be given an additional room.
The second room was some distance from the first one. It was a nightmare because the kids did not want us to be separated.
There was no explanation nor apology, it was as if it was a service given to us.
The breakfast was good and staff at the restaurant were super friendly and helpful.
The restaurant staff made what was a disappointment at the start a much better experience.
The airport transfer fee was 23€ for each journey. The service was good and both cars were of very high standards.
The hotel is near the airport and may offer a great experience but unfortunately we did not have that. We were thinking of coming back for a longer stay but this first experience might have ruined it. I understand and appreciate that each experience is different but this was sadly ours.
