It was cheapier price and good over all.

It wasn't the cleanest place, but the staff was nice and courteous and everything was as described as far as the amenities.

The building is run down. There was trash outside. There were no hangers or tissues in our room. We had a difficult time expressing our request for hangers and tissues because the man in the reception area could barely speak English. We bought hangers and tissues at the Walgreens next door. We like that this hotel welcomes our dog, but we probably won’t stay here again.

Generally it's okay. The day we checked in our room was not ready. And next day there's no breakfast. I guess it's short staffed.

It was by far the worst hotel I’ve booked through your app. I would strongly suggest that you no longer partner with them at all. After driving from Austin TX to Wichita we checked in and had to wait for a desk clerk. We are giving our room keys 111 and 115. The first room when I walked in the ac was off and stuff and humid. When my sister went to her room 115 there were bags of trash lined up on the floor and no bedding on the beds. So we went back to the front desk and asked for another room after explaining the condition. So after getting settled into another room. We found that if had no flat sheets on the beds. In my room I found the same no flat sheets on one of the beds. Then I went to shower and the used cleaning wipes and empty package was in the corner of the tub. I have never been more upset with a hotel stay. Please feel free to reach out if you want more information. Almost forgot that ice machine was torn apart and out service. I wish I would have taken pictures of room 115.

The breakfast was a half a loaf of bread and a jar of peanut butter. Some hostess cinnamon cakes (about 5 of them) and a couple apples and oranges. The counter was filthy and had ants. The coffee machine looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. That was on Saturday only. On Sunday there was no breakfast.
The building smelled strongly of mildew. There was a fishtank in the breakfast area with dead fish floating in it. The hallways on the second floor were never cleaned during our stay. The front checkin counter had a plastic window that was horribly smeared. The entire building felt to be covered in a layer of grime that was recently painted over with a fresh paint of coat. The pictures we saw of the room on this site looked nothing like the actual room. The room itself was dirty, dead bug carcasses, dirty mirror in the bathroom. Due to the medical situation we were there for, we didnt have a choice but to stay there as we didnt have the extra money to go somewhere else. So we bought some cheap sheets to cover the bed and endured it. Woke up the last day with a roach on the headboard. Went to checkout and not a person in site. The room wasn't worth the amount spent to stay there and we could've went to somewhere nicer for the same amount. This hotel is great for junkies and tweakers. If you aint one of those, I do not recommend checking into this hotel. The entire ad for this hotel was a blatant lie!

The room was dirty. I saw a guy wearing flip flops vacuuming the hallway with a vacuum cleaner that was at least 30 years old, the hallway was just as dirty as it was when he had finished. The continental breakfast area was crawling with ants. The bed in my room looked like a 5 yr. Old made it, I had 1 towel and no wash rag in the bathroom. When I asked the front desk for a wash rag he said I had to wait on house keeping to come in. When I asked if he was serious, he reached in a self and gave me a dish rag. No one is ever at the front desk, they have a buzzer you push to get them to come out of the office. This hotel needs to be shut down and repurposed.

Employees were very friendly

Toilet didn't have running water.beds were disgusting had bed bugs. Lights at bed side didn't work. Lamp shade was broken on table lamp. Trash left in room when we arrived . No help with any of said things. No refunded no new room no help in anyway.

The room was large, and the floor was wooden. These things are very good and I like it.
However, the whole carpet in the corridor and on the stairs is very dirty, as if no one ever cares about cleaning. The towels in the bathroom are dirty. The bed did not change after the previous client. it's horrible. The dust was on furniture. hotel is dirty and employees did not care.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Check-in was fast and easy. I would happily stay here again.

We did not get checked in until after 11:00 pm. The door was not closed and latched. It was hotter than Hades and took all night to cool down. There was not a blanket on the beds, just a sheet. Contential breakfast was a farce. No coffee in the rooms and none downstairs for breakfast. In the room, checkout time was posted as 12:00 pm, but it was posted on my receipt as 11:00. I put my receipt in my billfold and didn't see it. The clerk yelled at my partner about leaving. The exterior side doors were propped open so the building was not secure. It was more of an appartment building than a hotel.

In cable air conditioner kept cutting in and out

I want to express my first concern, the front desk personnel (male) walking me, a woman, to the purchased room alone and going into room. Showing the woman the two pen stains on Queen comforter. Making the first expression of the establishment a bit awkward and not normal behavior from hotel staff. I have stayed in many hotels and never had a guide. The odd behavior continued within respect to him toward me, the woman. Had the room not been prepaid for the three night stay, and losing out on money. I would have abruptly left the first night. Off the topic of odd behavior and uncomfortable feeling created my staffing; the hotel seemed lije itvwas in renovations perhaps, as in, maybe not prepared for guests just yet- the ice machine shown on walk/tour, did not work the entire time on main floor by side door, TV network switched to movie channel-no TV for 1 whole day, no toilet paper holder (broken), no tissues in room but tossue holder, extra shower towels- sparse and no coffee provided in room or continental breakfast. 1 star. Hopefully things will get better, but I will never be back at this particular hotel establishment.

First of all, the pictures on here do not match the room at all. Once I got through the horrible check in process, the room was terrible. There was plastic wrap on the box spring and the beds were very uncomfortable and had stains on them. One of the beds didn't have a fitted sheet on it just the mattress cover, plus the blankets on the beds were duvet covers only. The nightstand plugs didn't work at all. There was one trash can in the room and it was in the bathroom. The fridge was dirty. One of the reading light didn't work. Now for the bathroom, there were pink stains on the toilet seat and on the shower curtain. I had to replace the toilet paper when I first got there because it was empty. The faucet was coming out of the wall and not installed properly. The bathtub was dirty and the ceiling was falling above the bathtub. Ice machine was not working at all. The breakfast had nothing but one kind of cereal, brown bananas and old donuts. The front desk was not 24/7, you have to call a phone on the front glass. When I brought these issues to them, he kept talking over me and decided he was going to hit the desk with his fist. It says pet friendly unless it is a pit bull dog.

The location was prime, as I was visiting my father at the hospital. He was having heart surgery.

After a very long day, I was exhausted and needed a good night's rest. Instead, I was awoken by the management telling me not to come out of my room because a dangerous pitbull had found is way into the hotel, and was roaming the halls.

No pillowcases, stained mattress covers, footprints in the bathtub. For breakfast they had little packs of powdered donuts, a loaf of bread, peanut butter, brown spotted bananas, packets of instant oatmeal, activia yogurt, sunny D, and milk. No coffee, no hot water. And this was the kicker, at 6:30am, the manager called to warn me not to come out of my room because a pitbull had come into the hotel and was running loose.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again!

Staff was polite and helped us with a quick check-in. The location was convenient. Overall, a good stay — would consider coming back.
