Pros:

Room was huge. View was nice but the beds were like sleeping on cement. We booked for 2 adults and 1 child and even paid extra fees for an extra guest and when we got there there was no mattress for him and they charged us for mattress, pillow and blanket. Breakfast was very over priced so we went elsewhere. Pool and everything is very dated for the price they charge for the stay.

Estuvimos en una habitacion donde entraron 2 lagartijas, fuimos a ver al lobby si podian ayudar a sacarlas y nomas dijeron que iban a mandar a alguien y nunca lo hicieron, tambien habia muchas hormigas y los baños estaban muy sucios

Pros:

Nie mehr! Die Fenster waren kaputt, sodass sie immer offen waren. Das Bad war komplett verschimmelt. Der Pool war einfach alt und runtergekommen. Das Frühstück hat sich auch absolut nicht gelohnt nur die Eier waren okay. Zum krönenden Abschluss ist eine riesengroße Schabe durch unser Apartment gelaufen. Nicht buchen! Alt und runtergekommen!

Pros:

Well a bumpy start but this was fixed rapidly buy the young girl on reception. The morning buffet with egg station was better than most hotels and had a resonable selection. I advise the duluxe larger rooms over the villas as they are a little dated and the bathrooms are in need of renovation. The staff where exceptional.
