Pros:

This was the ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL/RESORT EVER!!!! Bait and switch!!! The property is completely run down, the room was awful, they had a 24 inch computer monitor as a tv (that didn’t work)!!! The net for the mosquitos was dirty. Let’s get to the bathroom, the tiles were worn, cracked!!! The water was cold( was told the hot water WAS on, but was not!!!) The water fixtures came apart!!! The towel were still looking dirty!!! Then there was a huge trail of ants (small ants) by the door leading to the balcony.

Now let’s talk about the bedding, we had to definitely check to make sure that there were NO BED BUGS IN THE BED. The sheets looked worn like they have been used for years!! The duvet covers were worn as well. We got to the hotel late that night (about 9 pm) so it was too late to really bail out the same night!!! I started IMMEDIATELY LOOKING FOR ANOTHER HOTEL (Fsirways). The hotel staff has refused to refund me for the remaining 2 nights (I initially booked for 3) so at this point I WILL CONTACT MASTERCARD AND HAVE THEM REFUSE ALL NIGHTS!!!! You played with the WRONG person!!! I don’t tolerate poor quality or poor customer service AT ALL

IN CLOSING, don’t EVER, EVER EVER EVER EVER STAY HERE!!!!
