Pros:

Hotel was 3 weeks old, and there were far too many issues:

The temp control in the room was terrible
The bar existed, but there was no liquor license to serve alcohol
The elevators were super slow, and only 1 of them worked
We didn't have any hot water one morning
Writing all over the shower walls
Baseboard was peeling off
Free waters weren't in our room as stated

The shining light was that the hotel staff were super friendly and nice.
