Pros:

My daughter and I booked this hotel when the train and plane strikes affected our travel plans. We absolutely loved this place! Loved the little pool, the view of the sunsets. The seating in the courtyard and the beautiful room were lovely. We showed up early to drop off our bags and were invited to have coffee while they expedited the room clean. All the staff were amazing, but a special hour out to Lydia who made us feel so welcome and special. They set up a manicure for my daughter and a massage for me. Our stay was perfect.

Pros:

I booked this hotel knowing nothing about ercolano except that there were famous ancient ruins. It has the same name as mine so i wanted to see if there was a connection. The other reviews on various websites are all true. The place gives you the feeling of being in another world, another time. It feels like a small palace with stunning views of the sea and a quietude you never get in a large place. The staff was great, breakfast was delicious and fortifying. Everything is clean and neat. Within walking distance of great dining. If you go i hope you have the same experience i did.

Very nice hotel!!!!
Pros:

The room was very clean, beautifully decorated and amazing view of Capri island. Gulia was very polite and helpful. She sent many opinions of places to visit in Naples. The breakfast area was as charming as the rest of the hotel. The breakfast was simple but delicious. I would recommend this hotel and would love to come back again.

Pros:

Väldigt mysigt och trevligt, men kan tyvärr inte ge full pott eftersom det luktade starkt av mögel. Det gjorde att det var svårt att sova. Väldigt trevlig personal, särskilt hon som jobbade i frukosten.
