Pros:

Opino esto por que simplemente no me abrieron, el camino para llegar estaba en reparación y golpee mi carro y del otro lado donde pude llegar solitario y muy estrecho. En pocas palabras pagué 2 días de alojamiento y no me quedé por qué no pude entrar y viajé 3 horas que al final opté por regresar a mi destino ya que fui solo a su fiesta patronal… pase la peor experiencia en tantos años que tengo viajando a conocer pueblos mágicos. Reservé y pagué y simplemente no me abrieron….

Uno de las mejores atenciones que he tenido en mi vida. Increíble servicio. Van por ti y te llevan a donde gustes sin costo. Hay un río para nadar.

La comida es excepcional. Si van a Xico, es la mejor opción.

Nunca pude llegar al chek in, ya que el hotel se encuentra en un camino intransitable, incluso está cerrado por la autoridad por reparación y es el único camino de acceso, SOLICITO DE LA MANERA MÁS ATENTA MI REEMBOLSO, ya que de estos hechos tuvo conocimiento el personal del Hotel
