Hotel Rebstock

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Rebstock.
The staff at the reception were super friendly and welcoming, and they gave us some great tips on what to see and do around the area
The hotel is in a great location with lots of activities close by and the breakfast was tasty too
Would definitely recommend

The reception stuff was terrible his behaviour ,he Isn't friendly and unprofessional,the man was wearing hat and galsses i think so indian guy.
1stly i was travelling spain,germany than Switzerland ,we was Standing 1 hour they Didn't completed their cleaning even though he Didn't provided us any chair or compliments drinks which was Written on conditions .
They said they will provide everything like slippers for us but we request them Several time the guy was mock with me like a racist ,
share bathroom was terrible sometimes i found window was opened automaticly.
They refused to give us kettle but we found they have kettle.
strongly recommended avoid this Rebstock.

The breakfast/lunch to go package was very nice for the price. Very handy to take on our trips our for the day. In the kitchen area they need to label more of the drawers and cabinets. Had to literally open every one to find the garbage. Label in multiple languages.

Enjoyed stay

Nice staff，nice location. Only one plug in the room for light, fan and phone, unstable electricity, shared bathroom. More like an advance motel.

Old furniture and not very clean

The hotel is located in Meiringen, which is connected to Interlakhen OST and Luzern by train. Lake Brienz is also pretty close to the property. The room was spacious, had all amenities. Though like many other Intrelaken Hotels, the hotel does not have AC, however, they provided table fan, which is sufficient. Hotel provides a free pass to ride to local cable car and public bus services.

Not what I expected. Hotel room was older which is no problem, one shared toilet on my floor and two showers for floor. Was fine to sleep in. Right next to road but the traffic sounds never bothered and didn’t need the earplugs they provide

Very friendly owner and manger

All photos and descriptions are misleading. This is not what you get. It’s shared bathroom with other strangers using shower at the same time. NON of the rooms has AC. Rooms are filthy dirty no elevators to some rooms. Horrible experience.
Tried to get my money back from Expedia. Hotelier lied to Expedia that they paid me 50 frank in cash just to get out of it.
