Sleep on floor and broken shower
Pros:

We booked 2 rooms from hotels.com. When we checked in, there was only one room available. Front desk didn’t know our booking. After waiting about 10 minutes, BAKIŞ OTEL gave us second room with only one single bed. A extra mattress was got so that I could sleep on floor. Shower was broken too

Bedbugs Alert!!!
I have stayed at this hotel only one night it was one the worst night ever couldn't sleep at all. When i slept only 1 and half hour, bedbugs bite me. There is no enough word in the world how disgusting the room, mattresses, pillows, dirts are pouring all around the room and whole hotel. The blankets, the sheets, pillows and pillow sheets are very nasty, and smelly. I think they did not ever clean they use the same things without washing for all customers. I never wanted to stay there with family but i had no choice. Its very disgusting stay away from this hotel, even if you tide a horse or dog in this place, they wouldn't stay neither.
Shame hotels.com and Ministry of Health or Tourism still allows the hotel owner is still operating as a commercial hotel.
