Ella Crest by Aloft

Was folled by the Aloft chain when booking this hotel. It's poorly run by unprofessional staff.The private villas are remotely situated, access is very difficult and there is also a feeling of insecurity. A lace tied to a door was used as lock. The mattress and pillows in villa are uncomfortable and smells. Very difficult to get transport for city and other attractions. Will not come there again.

Stayed in one of the cabins which had a nice view of the trees and mountain, saw lots of monkeys in the trees. Pool was a short walk from the room and peaceful with nice views. Staff were all very helpful making sure we were comfortable.
Wifi connection in cabin not great but good connection at restaurant.

My stay at Ella Crest by Aloft was truly wonderful. The location is perfect with breathtaking views, and the property itself is very peaceful and beautifully designed. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The pool area is especially beautiful and relaxing. I had the pleasure of staying one night at Ella Crest by Aloft Hotel, and it was a truly delightful experience from start to finish.

The property is located in a serene spot with breathtaking views of Ella's lush hills and misty landscapes. Even though my stay was short, the peaceful setting immediately made me feel relaxed. The building is modern yet blends beautifully with the natural surroundings, giving it both comfort and charm.

My room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was very comfortable, and the amenities provided were more than enough for a comfortable stay. The attention to cleanliness and detail was evident throughout the property.

What stood out the most was the hospitality. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with genuine smiles. Their professionalism and friendliness made the experience feel personalized and special.

The food was also excellent, with fresh and flavorful options that exceeded my expectations for a boutique-style property.

Although I only stayed for one night, it was a memorable visit, and I would highly recommend Ella Crest by Aloft Hotel to anyone visiting Ella — whether for a short getaway or a longer holiday. I'm already looking forward to returning in the future for a longer stay!

Such a lovely hotel! The best location, very good rooms, and warm hospitality made our stay memorable. Even though we stayed just one night, we felt completely relaxed and happy.

I stayed just one night at Ella Crest by Aloft and had a very good experience. The hotel is in a peaceful location with beautiful views, which made my short stay relaxing. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a night’s stay. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, and the service was excellent. For anyone visiting Ella, I think this is a nice place to spend a night or more — quiet, comfortable, and with very helpful staff.

Avoid this hotel at all cost. Room is infested with insects, bed bugs and mosquitos. We spent 1 hour just killing insects and sanitising the room before we could unpack. stained bed sheet and hot shower only lasted less than 10 mins and next day still no hot water, electricity supply was on and off at night, the worst was that the hotel manager did not even respond to our messages. In the hall way along the staircase, it’s full of dead wasps lying around. Also we found hair in our dinner plate. What a nightmare if our stay, and we got out of this place first thing in the next morning!
