Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à la maison de la bolivie. Le personnel était accueillant. Les chambres étaient propres et avec suffisamment de couvertures pour nous garder au chaud. Nous recommandons!

Pros:

Horrível.
Fiquei 2x nesse hotel, na primeira estadia me colocaram em um quarto horroroso, com a cama dura feito uma pedra, ralo do chuveiro entupido (com um banho de 2min o chuveiro virava uma banheira) e aquecedor quebrado (enquanto faziam 3/4°C em La Paz). Implorei para ser colocada em outro quarto para minha segunda estadia mas a equipe nem me respondeu e acabei ficando no mesmo quarto, ao fazer check in para essa segunda estadia comentei com a recepcionista sobre essas questões e ela deu uma risadinha e disse que tudo havia sido resolvido, mentira, continuava tudo igual.
Café da manhã péssimo, quarto caindo aos pedaços e limpeza deixa a desejar.
Ah, vale mencionar que o quarto (nome Bonsai) tinha 6 janelas e clarabóias, obviamente as cortinas não davam conta, então todo dia eu era acordada as 6h da manhã pela claridade. O quarto que fiquei era voltado para o pátio onde serviam café da manhã, então o barulho era intenso desde 7h30.
Não recomendo para ninguém!!!!

Has potential but falls short in key ways
Pros:

I booked the family room at around 5pm. Arrived around 9:30pm only to be told that the room was not ready. After a long travel day (and with a tired little kid in tow), it wasn’t ideal to wait 20 additional minutes for the room to be prepared. Additionally, there were no towels in the room.

This is a beautiful old home in good condition, but the overall service didn’t match the expected experience. Breakfast left much to be desired, too. Hard to find the place late at night and you can hear all the city sounds within. I wanted to love this place as it has so much potential, but not worth the $, unfortunately.

Alles gut - Dusche war das Highlight
Pros:

Sehr hellhörig, aber mit Ohrstöpseln ist es okay. Ansonsten hat das Hotel alles, was es braucht und vor allem die Dusche war schön warm.
