O quarto esteja limpo. O ar-condicionado funcionando a contento. O café da manhã é compatível com o hotel. Não é ruim, mas não dá para figurar na excelência.

Tv não pega direito, não existe preocupação com a comodidade do hospede referente a gosto por programação, hoje é muito pratico vc ter canais por assinatura e isso ser incluido no custo da hospedagem, pontuo também que o preço da acomodação é a mais cara da região, chuveiro do quarto não funcionava direito soltando agua em todas as direções menos em quem estava tentando tomar banho, outro ponto a se destacaré a fata de retorno do hotel com pontos como debito que aconteceu em duplicidade, o hotel cobrou o valor antecipado mesmo sendo solicitada a cobranca no local, e agora estou aguardando a 1 semana referente ao ressarcimento.

Pros:

Um Hotel Velho e sem manutenção. No café da manhã, tinha “sanduíches” com alface murcho e tomate velho. E tinha um forte cheiro de comida azeda nos demais alimentos. O ambiente era sujo. Não deu p encarar o café da manhã.

Quarto com lençol sujo, não tinha sabonete e xampu, reclamei na recepção e forneceram os sabonetes, mas sobre o lençol falaram que no dia seguinte iriam verificar (a reserva era de uma noite). Ar condicionado barulhento (a unidade externa ao lado da janela)
