Pros:

No matter how many times I call, I could not get through
then i could not check in even thought i arrived at the building 14:00. Expedia help disk also called , could not get through.
finaly i gave up the apartment at 16:30 i found another hotel and checked in
i don't want pay cancellation fee. but not answer

Pros:

My misunderstanding; this is "not hotel" but condominium service.
It was very tricky to get the security card to enter this facility.
But after getting it, it was very confutable stay, clean room, nice view.
It was my little disappointment that I can't find the microwave in my kitchen.

They never check us in. Just because we arrived late even though we let them know we are going to be late. We want the refund. They never resolve the problem. So disappointed
