Minha estadia foi agradável. A acomodação é simples, mas bem organizada e limpa, o que me deixou confortável durante todo o período. O café da manhã é básico, oferecendo frutas, frios, pães, suco e café, suficiente para começar o dia. No geral, uma boa opção para quem busca praticidade e bom custo-benefício.

Estacionamento péssimo, apertado e lotado.
Difícil pra ter que sair e retornar ao hotel, perigo eminente de amassarem o carro, muitas pilastras, horrivel.
Equipe despreparada para lidar com o problema.

Pros:

O Hotel Cisne entregou o que foi proposto e pelo valor pago, então dentro do esperado. O estacionamento é bem limitado. Com um carro do tamanho do meu, um Nissan Sentra, precisei fazer algumas manobras pra conseguir entrar em algumas vagas, e mesmo assim teve vaga que não comportava. Se for caminhonete, pode esquecer, não entra.

O café da manhã é simples, mas bem gostoso. Tudo fresquinho. O atendimento deixou a desejar na maior parte do tempo, com exceção do rapaz da noite e uma ou outra pessoa da cozinha que foram mais atenciosos.

No geral, muito bom pelo custo-benefício, mas tem espaço pra melhorar.
