The hotel was clean and room spacious, service and welcome from Julia was amazing and she helped us decide where to visit and Jason was great when we returned in the evening taking great care of us

[English version below]Wer auf seine Privatsachen Wert legt: Finger weg von diesem Hotel. Eine absolute Katastrophe! Der Empfang war erstmal freundlich, mir wurde sogar ein gratis Frühstück angeboten weil das Zimmer “sehr klein” sei. “Sehr klein” ist die Untertreibung des Jahres, man hätte zu zweit nicht nebeneinander darin stehen können und auch ohne Klaustrophobie war das Zimmer schon unangenehm winzig. Das Bad war, nachdem ich um 16:00 eincheckte, noch nicht geputzt und ich habe darum gebeten, dies nachzuholen (eigentlich in sich schon absolut unmöglich, aber zu dem Zeitpunkt wusste ich noch nicht, welche Konsequenzen das ganze nach sich ziehen würde). Meine Tasche mit höchstpersönlichen Unterlagen (kranken Akten, Steuer Unterlagen etc.) wurden aus meinem Zimmer entfernt. Für mich ist das nichts anderes als Diebstahl. Als ich danach gefragt habe, hieß es nur, es wurde nichts “gefunden” (fragt mich nicht, warum es für fremde Menschen in meinem Zimmer was zu finden hätte geben sollen) Keine Entschuldigung oder Ähnliches. Als ich nach dem/der Manager:in fragte kam “der hat gerade keine Zeit”, auf einen Rückruf warte ich bisher vergeblich.
If you value your private stuff: Hands off this hotel. An absolute disaster! The reception was friendly at first, I was even offered a free breakfast because the room was very small. Very small is the understatement of the year, two people couldn't have stood next to each other in it and even without claustrophobia the room was already unc

Für den Preis eine super Unterkunft. Das Frühstück war auch absolut i.O. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Würde ich jederzeit wieder machen.
Super hôtel! Certes la chambre est un peu petite mais super fonctionnelle et hyper moderne. Literie au top! Accueil très agréable et le café et le thé à volonté est un bonheur!!!
Nous n’avons pas testé le petit déjeuner mais je suis sûre qu’il est top!!!
Je recommande à 1000%!!!
