LX ARCH HOTEL

Excellent staff Saulo, Stefanie, Dav were very helpful to our needs. We left early Saturday October 11 morning we never had a chance to say our heartfelt thank you to them.
This hotel is highly recommended to our friends.

I wasn’t expecting to have to walk 2 blocks away for the daily breakfast.

Une chambre sous les toits avec un velux et petite mais neuve et très propre. Un escalier redoutable pour arriver à la réception. Mais heureusement bien aider pas le personnel pour monter et descendre notre grosse valise. Un petit déjeuner complet mais servi dans un autre hôtel, à une centaine de mètres, du fait de travaux pas terminés. Hôtel bien placé, central et proche des transports en communs ce qui permet une visite de la ville à pieds. Une bonne adresse

Hotel novo, funcionários exemplares e a disposição, localização fantástica. Pena que não tivemos a oportunidade de apreciar o café no hotel, pois o local estava em reforma.
O único ponto que achei falho foi de não ter alguém para te socorrer com as malas, pois a entrada do hotel tem uma escada grande e muito íngreme, dificultando o abcesso com malas. Deveriam colocar uma pessoa para subir com as malas.

Location was great, very easy to walk anywhere right from the hotel. The room was comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This property is conveniently located to explore sights, shopping, and food. It has been open for approximately two months, and they are working on getting the area complete for breakfast service. The rooms are small, but it is a very old building. Very clean. The staff is personable and helpful. We had an issue with the shower, and they quickly addressed it by moving us to another room and giving us a bottle of wine for the inconvenience. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Room 114 could install one more luggage holder under slanted roof.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Area is very convenient to everywhere. Room has excellent sound proof. Washroom shower pressure was excellent. Thanks for having a tissue box in the room; not all hotels in Europe have this. The price is high for the size of the room though. I was a solo traveler so it would have been nice to have a lower price for solo travelers.

I’m so happy to have found and booked this hotel. Very clean, the friendliest staff, and right in the heart of downtown close to all the best restaurants and shops. Seeing the Arch every day was amazing. They offered pateis de Nata + port wine upon check-in. Can’t recommend them enough
