Hiltop Hotel

We came in late as not planning to stay - Older hotel lobby remodeled nice - rooms ok. For the price ok and definitely book if your going to the palace. Has pool and restaurants and bar open late.

Great Hotel very clean

It was nice but needed better room direction.

All the doors were propped open by garbage cans. Tubs were removed from rooms and left outside the entrances. Stains on walls, whole place smells like stale cigarettes. Halls are worn down with old wall paper and torn carpet. Doors were warped. Tile in bathroom had a lot of grout and stains. Crowd was not very desirable. Best thing in this place was the staff. Lady at the front desk was very pleasant.

Well first all no microwave couldn’t warm up my meal and second of all there was a friendly roach inside the room not good other then that it was great I’d love to stay again but no microwave so don’t no yet unless they provide microwave

It was an okay place. It was a last minute emergency decision. I did find a dead cockroach in our restroom.

Great Stay

We were Tired Straight went to sleep Bed were great. My 9 Year old slept real good.

Sport Bar lots of Drinks beer, liquor, and Food.

Great Food Menu Cost me $7.00 for Pizza could not finish. Room was Exceptional worth the room cost.

Extremely rude lady at the front desk. Very noisy area. Property doesn’t look like the photos. Stay away!!

The property isn't bad, nice size outdoor pool in the middle for the complex with a nice come of din and shade. It's an older building that got a makeover (still getting fixed up). My first room, I had to move because the AC wasn't working and moved me right away.

The room was clean, the bed was reasonably comfortable. Fine for an overnight business trip and the price was fair. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was stupendous & quick to address the many maintenance issues this property encounters. The owner mistook me for an unhoused woman when I stepped out to smoke a cigarette and tried to have security escort me off the property. After speaking to the female manager, she addressed my concerns as well as took full accountability for the filthy pool on property. It looks as if homeless people use this pool to bathe. It is covered with a thick blanket of foliage from surrounding trees, and has a thick carpet of dirt on the very bottom. My partner spent 3 hours cleaning it out so that I could enjoy a dip in the pool. The rooms were clean and upgraded but my phone was not even plugged into a wall socket. The power outlets in the restroom did not function properly. This hotel has so much potential, with an on sight bar & decent restaurant. Again, the staff from front desk to the bar, to housekeeping are all so warm and welcoming! Including the little stray kitten that romps the property. I give this a 5/10 with potential to be a 10/10 with proper management and staff.

This is not a nice hotel at all, terrible neighborhood, homeless everywhere
