Pros:

Very clean and updated rooms. Easy to get around without being in a heavy commercial area. Parking easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast as well!

It was near downtown Lenox., less than 5 minutes away.
The entrance in and out of hotel was difficult with traffic.
Inside, the facility was very nice, clean and everyone was helpful.
