SHOCKINGLY BAD
Pros:

1) Checkin details were not provided - I had to contact Hotels.com and wait ±1hr outside in the windy street to get these. Checkin was 4pm but I couldnt get in until 90 mins later.
2) Once inside the building; Entrance hall filthy with full black bags in corner, wall staining, filthy carpets, laundry cages strewn. No-one around at all, felt very unsafe.
3) Once inside the flat, it felt like someone had just left in a rush, but I couldnt be sure until I had gone through the apartment. Spooky. Windows left open with blinds flapping. Musty. Ironing board out. Remotes in strange places.
4) Bed looked like someone had just lain ontop of it. Side of bed as found, was disgusting - see photo.
5) Kitchen was grubby - fridge freezer had rubbish and dust on top (in normal eye view) and the freezer had frozen over so door was stuck open. Kitchen panel missing with screw sticking out at touch level.
Not sure how this ever got through Hotels.com vetting processes, but I will be considering *very carefully* in future how I book.
