Pros:

The staff are not coordinated, especially the kitchen (restaurant). They are slow and unprofessional, besides, they bill you beyond the bargained amount for food.

I liked the facts that the rooms were well arranged and of standard quality. However the air conditioning cuts off early in the morning and there was no fan in the room to circulate air. Their food and drink costs are also excessive.

This hotel offer good value for a feasible price, so definitely recommendable for those working with a limited budget. However, if you’re want a top notch experience then this is not the hotel for you. A major reason is firstly the very conspicuous disorganisation. This disorganisation permeates various areas including the reliability of the hotel services and professionalism of the hotel staffs. Secondly, the architecture wasn’t really thought through for those who pay attention to fine details, i.e. the stay case being very low and constructed for midgets, so it poses a high for head traumas.

Pros:

Very good value for the price. Property is secure. The restaurant is very good. On the bad side, A/C was turned off and times during the day and the water in my room didn't get hot. Overall, I will stay again.
