Room was clean, staff was very helpful ! Breakfast was OK. Grab n Go as opposed to sit and eat. Good coffee! Decent Value !!

Loved the hospitality. Every person that was working the front desk including Katrice was so nice and helpful. Rooms were clean overall. We were in a room that hadn’t been stayed in yet, since it’s a newer hotel, so there was dust under the beds in the rooms and in some of the corners. I let the staff know and they let me know they would address it. The hardwood floors just needed to have a good sweeping overall, but it was NOT filthy. Bedding, fridge, bathroom and everything else was clean. Beds are firm, pillows weren’t too soft to not give support. Sheets seemed like they were a polyester blend, not very comfy but everyone’s preference is different on all of these things. Overall, the days we stayed there were great and I appreciated the overall experience.

Very nice! It’s nice and new and clean. Would have liked more breakfast choices; waffles, eggs, bagels, English muffins, orange juice.

We were placed right by the lobby on the first floor. Alot of noise late at night. Alot of loud bumping above our room that it was difficult to sleep.

Great place to stay but first t the price there should be a pool and hot tub

Katrice was super friendly and absolutely wonderful at check in. Hotel and room were both super new and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Room was perfectly adequate-we arrived late, went to bed, woke up, and left. Coffee was good, but I did not eat the continental breakfast.

L'hôtel est bien situé près des restaurants. Nous avons été reçus avec le sourire de Ashley qui a trouvé une chambre au premier étage pour nous (nous avions deux bicyclettes et un chat). La chambre est propre, tout est neuf. Le frigo (dont le congélateur congèle vraiment c'est pratique) est propre neuf, la plaque chauffante également et l'évier. Chambre simple mais joliment décorée. Salle de bain et douche impeccable. Le supplément pour un chat est de 25$, c'est un bon prix. Petit déjeuner (barre tendre, muffins et autres; café thé) parfait pour apporter. Je recommande cette chaine d'hôtel pour les voyageurs de passage. Ce sera notre hôtel maintenant lorsque nous voyagerons.

New and roomy

The experience was greatly disappointing. I was overcharged, the 1st room we were sent to was not a double as requested. I had my 80 year old Mother with me and having to go back to the front desk to get that corrected was awful to say the least. Then I was charged again for our room that they had already authorized out of my account because we were a late check in. No person answered the phone when we called while traveling in to Jacksonville to give this hotel updates. I spoke to staff and 2 management members. Ashley and Tyler who both said they had refunded my money. Today on Wednesday November 5 2025. Still has Not happened yet!! So needless to say I Am Not Happy!! I asked were we going to be compensated for the errors this staff members made happen for my family and I . I was told they did when they fixed the errors in my account. This type of error brought to their attention helps to make good training for the staff! They are working to fix the error that they caused was compensating for me!! This was very stressful for me because my finances were tied up my entire trip because of the errors they caused!!

The hotel was actually overall great, our microwave wasn’t working , but they actually brung one that work.
