Pros:

PayPayドームでのライブ後の宿泊に利用しました。チェックイン時間が15:00〜22:00。ライブが終わるのが午後9時頃だったので、22時までにチェックインできるか不安でしたが、博多に着いてすぐに電話して相談したところ、15時前でも一度ホテルに来て、受付のタブレットでチェックイン手続きすれば深夜に戻ってきてもスムーズに部屋に入れるとのことでしたので、博多駅に着いてすぐにホテルに向かい、チェックイン手続きしてからPayPayドームへ行きました！
ホテルの周辺は住宅街ですが、少し歩くと大通りで、バス停も近く、便利が良かったです！
お部屋はきれいで、ベッドも広く清潔で、申し分ありませんでした。
無人なので荷物預かりはないのですが、欲を言えば、受付のところにコインロッカーがあれば嬉しかったです。
また利用したいし、皆さんにおすすめします！

This hotel is absolutely perfect!!! It literally has everything you need!!!! 20 out of 10!!!!! It has a whole kitchen so I cooked wagyu beef every single day!!!! Just book it!!!!!

Pros:

無人ロビーなので、出入りの際に気を使わなくてすんだのが思いのほか良かった。
清潔さがあり、快適だった。(浴槽四隅に少しカビがあったが、あの程度ならカビ取り剤で落ちそうなのですぐ改善できそうだと思った)
ベットが3つあり、大きさも申し分なく寝心地も良かった。
ネトフリ等見放題だったので、子供たちが喜んでいた。
洗面台が2つあり使い勝手が良かったが、左右に(壁とか間に)隙間があり、歯ブラシ等落ちていたし、実際使いづらく感じたので、隙間が無い方がいいと思った。
洗面台が折角2つあるので、タオル掛けのバーも2つあれば尚使い勝手がよかった。
玄関の照明が自動なので、玄関近くを通ると照明がついてしまい、眩しいのでオフに出来ればよかった。(手動スイッチの記載があったが、全く分からなかった。方法があるなら、分かりやすく記載して欲しい)
博多駅に近く料金も手頃なので、機会があればまた利用したい。
