Pros:

Oda temiz değildi. Çarşaflarda saç ve kıllar mevcuttu. Çalışanların çoğu ilgisizdi. Otel olanaklarında açık büfe kahvaltı gözüküyor. Fakat mutfağın tadilatta olduğunu bundan dolayı kahvaltıyı odaya getireceklerini söylediler. İki ay önce de yorumlarda mutfağın tadilatta olduğu belirtilmiş. Özelliklerden açık büfe kahvaltı kaldırılmalı. Odaya gelen kahvaltıda çeyrek simit, çeyrek açma mevcut. 1 bardak çay koymuşlar. Sürekli bir şey istemek gerekiyor. İki aydır tadilat var ise bir termos alıp odalara servis etmek çok zor olmasa gerek. Kesinlikle fiyatını hak etmiyor. Tek iyi yanı odanın sıcak olması ve sıcak su akıyor olması. Hotels.com dan atılan mesajlara zorla cevap veriyorlar. İletişim numaraları kullanım dışı.

Açık büfe kahvaltı olmasına rağmen,mutfak tadilata alındı bilgisi verilerek çok çok basit kahvaltı tabağı verildi,bu güzel bir uygulama değildi,bu gelmeden bildirmeliri lazım,onun dışında ekip ilgiliydi.
