Kitchen Cabinet doors were broken. The washer didn’t work. Bathroom has alot of mold. Very dirty and I had to request another room which was a bit better but I ended up return it 2 days earlier. Just not as rated! Very disappointed and will never book here again!

I had a group of 4, we all had our own apartments. The price was reasonable around 1500.00 for 4 apartments for a week (we arrived later in the week due to our visas being delayed. If you plan to travel to Vietnam please get you visa two weeks prior to your flight date. They process nothing on the weekend. We rented the following apartments. 4010 (beautiful views, wonderful a/c, washer provided, leaky toilet, black mold in shower, around the sink in bathroom, small ants in kitchen, apartment not cleaned thoroughly prior to check in) 2407 (good a/c, washer black mold in bathroom, not cleaned thoroughly prior to check in) 803 & 805 (good a/c, washer, black mold in shower and around sink, bathroom mirrors dirty). The building is a beautiful building, it is safe, and malls, eateries, and playgrounds if you have children. I would recommend this area, but not the host of the apartments. The communication with the host was awful, I recommend replacing the company with someone more efficient, who communicates. When we arrived she took us to an apartment that was already occupied by another guest. We were unable to enjoy the pool and the gym because you need fingerprints. The host scheduled us for fingerprints 0900 and never showed up, and did not respond to messages. Again, the Apartments are nice and the area is beautiful.
Can't find rent, no information at lobby ends up go to different hotels .I believed this scam stole my money
The hotel is going through a renovation since last year! Almost ready I hope. Noises during the day. Lobby was nicely done, grand & very welcoming. Looking forward for the rooms to be ready.

It is a lovely French ancient building with nice facilities and elegant French design. Good value!
I booked a very luxurious apartment through Expedia and was very excited. Upon arrival, the instructions on the site was unclear on where to check in. Misleading information regarding the location of the building. It's not landmark 81 building is different buildings. After I got checked in with someone and was given my room key. When we went to our apartment… it did not look like the pictures listed on booking at all. regarding the apartment looking completely different than the one I reserved on booking. The place was so filthy, cabinets doors fall off, living room chair was broken, air conditioning was leaking, bed sheets and pillows were stained. On our last day we ran out of toilet paper and requested more at 8:30 am. They informed me that we would be checking out soon and did not respond to our request.
We really enjoyed our stay here - highly recommended. Fantastic location, great rooms and wonderful breakfast. We would stay here again.
I wish I could have stayed for more then one night but I had to leave HCM. This was a very nice hotel in the center of HCM and was close to shopping, and dining. The staff were very professional and courteous.
Had a great time! Hotel is Nicely maintained and we felt like royalty.
Staffs are really welcoming and keen to assist all my request and the staff also include a sofa bed in my room since I have small kids, very considerate.
The water heater temperature was easily adjustable, the water pressure was perfect & the toilet bowl has a bidet. Loved that our bathroom came with a bathtub, and it was also nice & clean.
I am travelling a lot but this is by far the best hotel I stayed. will be back anytime I am in HCMC
Believe all the good reviews you read, this place is fantastic. Rooms were very clean and modern and the staff were vey attentive and friendly. Highlight would have to be yhe tooftop pool and bar, spent a lot of time up there! Would stay again.
