Rose City Inn and Suites

The room smelled like someone had smoked in the room and everything in the room smelled like, some had smoked before we got there, not happy about that.

I have no idea how they got 8 out of 10 but be sure it's not even a 4 out of 10. Very rough place.

Room was clean & spacious. Bed very comfortable. Convenient location. The main issue was that our room (102) was only separated from 101 by a hollow core door, under which light shone through and through which everything could be heard as clearly as though in the same room. Occupants of room 101 threw a party until ~2 a.m., making it completely impossible to sleep.
Other than only getting about 4 1/2 hours of sleep, the room would have been fine for the price.

Still working out some of the small details, but on its way to being a great place to stay. Excellent staff service, quiet and comfortable.

Nice bed . Good water pressure and hard working staff. We also like the locations and spacious room .

Clean and quiet very professional staff, for the money very well worth it, since my granddaughter lives close to this motel I'll be booking there again.

Very good value for the price. There is more renovating needed but overall we found it clean, quiet and safe. Also the bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well!

It’s just a bit of a pity that swimming pool and hot tub don’t work.

This hotel is using very old photos of the rooms or they gussied up one room and dollar tree'd the rest. It's almost like a catfish date, but it's hard to be mad when the hotel staff were so nice and obviously trying real hard.

Disgusting. Uncleaned. Unfinished. Holes in the walls and ceiling, dust and dirt and debris all over the place. I payed for a double queen room and got a queen and a double matress on a twin box spring. Comforters were unwashed and covered in hair. Someones used soap in the tub. Just really gross and unsettling. The holes in the ceiling let the biggest spider i have ever seen into our room and that made us realize webs all over the ceiling and light fixtures. There were exposed wires and broken door locks. The manager was nice and understanding when i checked in and couldnt cover the 300$ deposit at such short notice. However this is just unsafe. This room shouldnt have been sold until it was finished. I feel like these are the kinds of things that get hotels shut down and he sold it to us knowing i was bringing my 2 year old into the room.

For thr price it was alright. Bathroom needs reworking especially the sink. The AC was not cooling as I would've expected but was cooling.

Room smelled of smoke & smoke detector was removed. Room was spacious, bathtub had not been cleaned & had black stuff in it. TV Remote control wasn’t working & could only watch FAKE FOX NEWS!

Nice staff. Responded quickly to our light not working. Nice pool. Said no smoking but rooms had definitely been smoked in, you smelled it as soon as you walked in. Clean enough but these rooms need work!

I was in the Hospital when it was necessary to leave the hotel and take another room again and the staff treated us with understanding and helped to arrange everything.

In all fairness, I believe this property was RECENTLY sold. The 2 rooms we visited were both unfinished. Outlets uncovered. Paint was atrocious, unprofessional. NO top sheets on beds. NO residential services. Bath mat dirty.
Proximity to Oregon City was convenient. Staff we met was very friendly.

Rose city is my place away from home i love the hotel its very clean and the staff is amazing and helpful and really affordable. I definately will keep coming here whenever my family wants to get away
