Extremely personalized welcome by super friendly staff, especially ĐA went above and beyond providing us with a lot of handy information. But also the rest of the staff were very helpful always carrying a warm smile. The breakfast was amazing, too.
Wonderful location to explore the old town of Hanoi from and its surroundings.

The staffs are very enthusiastic and helpful. The room is clean, tidy and spacious. The location is great, breakfast also very good. Everything is wonderful!

I loved the staff. The best service I have gotten anywhere and I travel a lot. They hooked me up with my tour to Ninh Binh and other guests for Ha Long Bay and Sapa, gave me recommendations for food places and were always available to help with anything. They waited with me till my Grab to the airport arrived when I was leaving and even communicated with the driver for me in their local language. I thought that was above and beyond. And the breakfast is really good (worth waking up early on a vacay for) and the room itself has everything you could possibly need, and is reasonably sized. Not too small, but not big either. Bathroom is good quality and clean. Water was excellent (i like hot showers and never had issues).

What an amazing hotel . Name it you have it . It's near everything old Hanoi . Lac. Pharmacy. Supermarket. Good vegan restaurants.
As for the employees they are so lovely and helpful. The hotel is very clean . They propose a complete buffet with vegan and vegetarian options. Thank you my final two nights in Vietnam were amazing thanks to you .

the staff were all friendly, the doorman offered to send my 50 pound heavy ass luggage to my next hotel FOR FREE in case I had to carry it all the way and walked in the humid and hot weather! I loved their buffet breakfast!!! Coffee and pho were so good! 10/10 experience!!!’

We stayed at Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel for a week . Our junior suite was a perfect home away from home and the hotel is ideally located in the old quarter ,close to Hoan Kiem lake and other attractions. We found the staff really went out of their way to help and make our stay special.
Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Perfect location, in the city center but not on a busy street.
The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. In addition, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food. I would definitely stay at this hotel if I came back to Hanoi.

Everything was just superb. The staff were very very friendly and helpful. My wife felt at home interacting with Anna, ĐA, Tom etc. They were truly helpful and informative. They even managed to prepare some real vegetarian food for me which is not a small thing in Vietnam. My wife and I truly recommend this place and would stay there only, if we ever visit Hanoi again.

We stayed at the Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel for almost a week and everything was perfect. On the one hand, the facilities are very good, everything is very clean, the room and bathroom are large, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options.
The location of the hotel is very good, it is in the centre of the old town, but that doesn't affect the sleep without noise from the street. What we would like to highlight the most is the staff who are AMAZING! From the first contact we felt very comfortable and supported to solve doubts and organize excursions or whatever we needed. And when we had problems with the plane on the last day, it was a real relief to be able to count on your support. Thank you so much for everything Anna, ĐA, Mike and the whole team! You made our stay great.
For all these reasons, we would highly recommend this hotel. A definite hit!

I don’t know where to start. Everything was perfect and close by. I really enjoyed my stay and the workers were really respectful and nice. They were really helpful with any enquiry you have. Location was perfect to get grab, snacks and drinks. The famous train street is quite close by from the hotel. The service in the hotel was amazing overall and I would highly recommend this hotel. The food and fashion district is really close as it takes about 5-7 mins to get to the district. The hotel staff will tell you what to be cautious of when travelling which was really helpful. The Vietnamese community are just amazing in general, coming from a Vietnamese person myself .

The staff is amazing !! Very helpful, kind. They helped us a lot, gave recommendations for local food, helped us fix a bag, gave advices for trips. The room was spacious, the breakfast was very good. The location is perfect to visit the old town.

We requested a quiet room in a busy central area and they surely delivered. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the restaurant serving breakfast was good quality with great selection. If you let them know you have allergies/intolerances they will accomodate you. I have to add that ĐA at reception was exceptional host, we could not have asked for more informative and outstanding service. Thank you so much!!!
