* The penthouse lacked water for essential purposes between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM, necessitating the use of alternative restrooms.

* During inclement weather, excessive water seeped through the windows, resulting in the wetting of personal belongings such as clothing and footwear.

* The restrooms exhibited significant deterioration, with peeling ceiling paint and a wobbly toilet seat.
