Pros:

The Facilities and the rooms are very nice. Dont let the star rating scare you off. The only reason they are below 5 stars is due to the location of the hotel. It is located at a very suburban area not much going on around the property (including restaurant) and you really need a car to get around the area. There is a local railway near by though.

車が自分の部屋の前に停められる、アメリカのモーテルタイプに近いホテルです。　部屋は、普通のビジホをイメージしてもらえばあまり変わらないと思います。コンテナですが、防音はよく外の音は全く聞こえず、ビジホより静かです。　ベッドはシモンズで寝心地は良く、枕は小さいですがペラペラではありません。　羽枕を使っている人は持参した方が良い子も。　コーヒーメーカーは、部屋にありませんが、ポット、冷蔵庫、電子レンジは、あります。　すぐ向かいがスーパー、歩いて数分のところにファミマ、ちょっと離れたところにセブンイレブンがあります。　歩いて7-8分以内のところに和食ファミレス、ラーメン、居酒屋などあります。茂木のレースを見るために止まりましたが、サーキットまで40分ぐらいでした。　多分来年もここに止まると思います。
