Habitación limpia y segura

The experience of staying the bubble was great but the staff was horrible!! Well the only 2 ladies that checked us in. I made the reservation a month advance and booked the deluxe room through Expedia. Before booking I check on the hotel website to see if the rooms were accurate from what I see on Expedia. They were, both website stated there was 2 rooms available for the days we were going. The deluxe room came with free breakfast and complimentary massage and a jazucci outside. So I booked the room with Expedia so I can accumulate points. When arriving the lady who seem to be the manager stated she did not have our room available and stated that I booked it to late. I showed her screen shots the day I booked it and it showed there were still two rooms available. She stated well I don't have the room available for the 3 nights you are staying. She never offered a refund or alternative options. They could have offer the room for at least 1 night. Another issue this placed had was communication. Their phone in reception did not work. I would call the line and message them on what's app and no respond!! The ac would stop working early in the morning and the bubble would get super hot!! The staff only came once to cover the bubble during the day so the room can cool down. The only staff that was nice were the security. Since the first day checking in ruin my whole vacation. I was looking forward to relax in the jacuzzi! HORRIBLE VACA & I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN A REFUND!!

Muy bonita experiencia

Fue una grata experiencia haberme quedado en este hotel. El personal siempre se portaron amables conmigo. Buena comida, pronto acceso a las bebidas, y la experiencia que ofrecen y se asemeja a lo que ofrecen en la página. Recomiendo este hotel si van con sus parejas, se disfruta más.

It was so hot. The air conditioning was not working correctly. They have very little amenities. The room was over priced. It was just one problem after the other. This place is not what saw advertised.

The staff was great and our waiter Junior provided great service and very welcoming. Who ever is the manager there and the staff are top notch 👍

They made me pay because they did not honored Expedia booking and did not have a jacuzzi suite and Expedia showed it had it
