Hotel O Englewood-South Denver CO

The staff sucked. Accused me of giving them tude. After i was told the tv doesn't have a remote, don't work, no other rooms, your skrewed. Really?

i couldn't stay this hotel even i paid 100%. here is the details. i booked here for 2 nights. when i checked in they asked me deposit. i asked is it possible to return even i need leave early before 7 am. because their opening hour is after 7. then told me "I'll think about it" next day i asked them again. then just told me " i don't know" so i asked them again and they told me "we can refund deposit if you leave now" it's incredible because i already paid 100% but they asked me to leave. finally police helped us and they told us "they will make refund" in front of the police so i decided to leave from this property. but next day they changed thair mind and i never get the refund for 1 night even i coldn't stay. and also hotels.com won't help me. I just donated 50 usd for this hotel. it's terrable experience i hope nobody will ruin at this hotel.

Not a good worker here at all

This motel is run by active drug users. I checked in and out the same night. The geeker husband doesn't work for the motel. But has keys and goes in and out of the rooms. They get high in the parking lot. .

The rooms where not clean and the staff just walks in your room whenever and i didnt feel safe with my two kids there and the guy walks in

Had to call the main number to get someone to the front desk. The room smelled musty and like piss. Don’t know why Expedia even has that dirty hotel on its website.

Rent u a room after there closed so u show up to nobody n get the run around about a refund

The room I booked said it was a kitchenette. There was a microwave and a small refrigerator. The Hotel needs to be renovated. Out of date hotel. The staff was rude. When I got to hotel to check in they had overbooked and the room they put me in was a lower rate the hotel refused to compensate me for the difference. The staff was hard to get in contact with when you needed service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. This hotel rooms advertised on Expedia are not what is available when you get to property

It was a terrible experience. The room was dirty. The TV didn’t work. There was no deadbolt on the door and the bathroom window was held closed with a stick.
I requested to be put in another room and the lady stomped off to get the manager. The manager was very confrontational. I thought it would be best just to leave and deal with the refund that was paid by my sister through hotels.com. it all happened so fast I didn’t have time to take any pictures.

They didn’t even deserve a one star how the hell this place is even open and advertising as a hotel blows my mind. I’ve never experienced such anxiety. Right off the bat the air conditioner in the wall was so full of dust and hadn’t been clean probably ever the floor was so sticky and dirty. I had to walk with my shoes on. You could see fingerprints all over the bathtub pubic hairs in the sheets. I try to be understanding and maybe cut them some slack if the prices were not as high as they were. If you’re reading this and trying to decide on if you should stay here, absolutely sleep in your car and delete this hotel search from your browser.
