LivAway Suites Salt Lake City-Draper

I liked that the rooms were new and clean but they lacked a lot of basic things you would normally hope to find in a hotel room....missing things like shampoo & conditioner, a blow dryer, a full-length mirror, iron & ironing board, tissues.

Since the floors in the room are not carpeted you can hear people above you walking around all times of the day and night!! Also, there was a freeway outside our window which also added a lot of noise. Bring a white noise machine of some kind with you if you are a light sleeper.

This is my third stay here. Very clean and conveniently located.

The staff we encountered were not overly kind or helpful, but not outright rude either. The room was large and comfortable. Much to our surprise, the pet fee was double what Expedia says, so if you're traveling with pets, be aware.

I think some toiletries would be nice.
Maybe paper towels, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper, cups, bowls, utensils, salt and pepper.

Very new and clean. Doors are heavy and you can hear doors close in the hallway. No kleenex or blow dryer provided. Nice mattress

It’s basically a motel 6, except the rooms have kitchens in them. No pool. Appeared to be a fair amount of semi-permanent residents. Watch out for the dog poo if you step off the sidewalk.

This was our first time staying here. We would definitely stay at LivAway facilities if they were all like this. The staff was friendly and the rooms were sooo clean! Everything was more than we expected.

No they kicked me out for my service animal half way through my stay

The room was adequate but the walls are THIN. Snoring neighbors, slamming doors, you can hear everything. The “comforter” is reminiscent of what you’d get at a summer camp.
You likely never interact with staff, which is neither a positive or negative.
I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you have a car because the ride share folks have a hard time finding it (I don’t even think it appears on maps yet). There’s nothing nearby that’s walking distance either.

Property was very clean, really enjoyed having the kitchenette . Staff was wonderful and helped with suggesting places to eat and enjoy .

Front desk “monitor”was friendly but knew nothing. Internet access wasn’t working - he had no clue. He didn’t know anything about the in room phones. “I didn’t install them” was his response when asked a simple question. No coffee in the rooms, and the single fancy automated machine in the lobby was out of service, as was the drink vending machine. Spartan room decor. This hotel chain is an interesting concept, but the reality was disappointing.

The people above us partied all night and were blasting their music at 3am.

This location is in a newly developed area so a vehicle is needed to get around. Easy freeway access.

The building is brand new, very clean, and has everything you need. Nothing fancy but efficient.

Friendly staff. Brand new hotel - only been open about a month.
