when I searched on expedia, there was with this hotel 'transfer incuded' indicated, but finally after booking, they did not offer a free transfer AND they did not accept free storno of the reservation!!!

Nice small clean hotel
Pros:

Reached hotel at 2am informed them in advance. On arrival they could not find my reservation. But accommodated me in a normal room which was noisy as was on street facing with lots of traffic at night not the one deluxe room booked by me. Morning receptionist was very kind apologetic. Allowed me late check out. Overall was a good stay

The reception was very nice, especially CEREN, the staff was very friendly and helpful! The bathrooms are great and AC works wonderful! Newly renovated! There was a mini fridge and a safe in the room! The beds are very comfortable!

We love the restaurant on the corner: HARUN USTA CAĞ KEBAP! Went there THREE times in 2 days! And there was easy, mini markets in walking distance and a beautiful view of the famous green mosque!

An den einreise Tag gab es ein Wasserschaden,der Besitzer hat uns zu anderen Hotel persönlich mit sein eigenen Auto gebracht.
