호텔시설이나 서비스등은 무언가 많이 하는거 같은데 그냥 다 약간은 별루인 호텔인거 같습니다. 패밀리스위트룸으로 예약했는데 사용을 안한 방이었는지 냄새가 많이 났고 하루에 한가지씩 문제(3박에 4가지)가 생겨 방을 바꾸기도 애매한 곳이었습니다. 물론 모두 해결은 되었지만.. 조식은 생각보다 별루이고 근처에 아주 맛있는 하노이 쌀국수집이 있어 행복했고 뷰는 정말 끝내줘 아침마다 아주 행복했습니다

When we arrived at the hotel, we were surprised to be told that we would need to pay an additional charge for our 13-year-old daughter, even though the booking was clearly made for 2 adults and one 13-year-old child. This situation was frustrating after a long journey. However, I want to highlight that the hotel manager handled the situation very well and eventually resolved it without any extra charge, which we appreciated.
Unfortunately, that was one of the few positives. The cleanliness of the hotel is horrible, and the breakfast is just as bad—very poor quality and selection.
We were lucky to stay only two nights, as the conditions would have been very difficult for a longer stay. There is also extensive construction around the hotel, making it almost impossible to sleep due to the noise.
Overall, this hotel was a disappointing experience and does not meet expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, or value

객실이 매우 깨끗하고 직원들도 매우 친절한 편입니다. 다만 호텔 주위 공사중이라 밤 11시까지 시끄럽고 고층일수록 방이 바람소리가 심해 숙면 취하기가 조금 불편할수도 있습니다.

物超所值，訂了家庭房，空間很大很舒服，只是套房的浴缸有點深，和比較容易滑到，而且淋浴時會弄到一地水。
但早餐真的很豐富，我和家人也很期待每天的早餐，尤其每天的湯麵（牛肉河、雞絲河），也是我們最喜歡！
