This property is in a great location to enjoy the Duoro River experience. Modern hotel with modern amenities. Walking distance to Duoro River and downtown Porto. Close to many restaurants and attractions.

Stunning hotel in an amazing location! So easy to get over to the “Porto” side but also great location for accessing the cellars and park etc of Gaia.

The hotel is spotless, very well thought out and considered and has good amenities. The breakfast is worth paying for!

The views are great, staff very friendly and we would not hesitate to come back.

The only criticism is that it would be good to have access to a coffee machine in room/ in a shared area as I feel other hotels at a similar price point offer this and we did miss this in our stay but that’s a very minor point!

Good location

We had an amazing stay in River Soul hotel.
It was modern and clean and the staff couldn't do enough for us. The view from the roof bar is unbelievable and such a good location for all the best spots around town.

We were there for a birthday and they evening surprised us with a lovely bottle of fizz and cake when we arrived back from a day out!! Such a nice touch. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Porto.

Breakfast was wonderful, staff were very helpful and courteous. Beautiful, new hotel, spectacular view, highly recommend it!

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was good quality. Room was nice but a bit small.
Washroom facilities were good.
Wife uses an electric chair for travelling. There was no ramp from entrance to street and the side walk. The side walk on our side of the street was always blocked by customers off the restaurant up the street. Need a ramp to side walk on both sides of street so yoi can cross road in front of hotel or work with neighbours to make sure sidewalk is left with enough room to get by with wheel chair.

L’emplacement est incroyable, dans la baie de Porto, près de tout.

Super locatie met alles binnen handbereik. Alles is modern, netjes en in zeer goede staat. Smaakvolle inrichting. Perfect uitzicht vanaf het terras met zwembad en ligstoelen. Zwembad is wel klein. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Schone kamers van alle gemakken voorzien, al is er geen waterkoker voor thee of een koffiemachine op de kamer. Wel gratis flessen water. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

A localização do hotel é espetacular e a vista para o Porto é muito bonita, pois a acomodação fica em Gaya, ao lado da Ponte D Luis I. O café da manhã é completo. Foi uma surpresa encontrar esse hotel por causa do custo benefício.

God beliggenhed. Bestilt værelse med altan, desværre kun plads til én person. Dårlig belysning på badeværelse. Ingen kaffe/the på værelse som ellers på et 4*.

Kein herzlicher Empfang und unfreundlich. WLAN im Zimmer funktioniert nicht. Handy ja, mit Laptop nein.Rezeption versprach eine Lösung zu finden. Wir waren

Smallish but comfortable room. Had to request tea and coffee making facilities … no tea coffee or sugar supplied.

Property was brand new very modern. Staff was great. Really enjoyed the restaurant and rooftop pool.

The hotel was beautiful- the location was fantastic, the staff were wonderful and very helpful and the sunset view from the balcony and pool was the best we've seen! Each staff member went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and the cleaners were fantastic- our room was spotless. We will certainly stay again!

The only thing I would say is that they could do with 2 chairs on the balcony. It's fine as there is another chair in the room, but it's too big to fit both chairs outside. They also offer free luggage storage after checkout which is really helpful.
