Pros:

Stay was great. Hotels.com needs to add to the description of the hotel that it has shared bathroom and that self check-in process requires ability to get SMS texts (which we could not)

Shared bathroom which was not mentioned in the description prior to booking . Upon booking it showed up on our reservation. Our rooms were on the 3rd floor, bathroom was on 2nd and 1st. Never again. No coffee or tea available in the common area. Breakfast was average.

We had a wonderful stay at SOV Lodge. The hosts were wonderful people and very accommodating. When we had requests for the room or other questions, they were promptly addressed them. I would happily stay there on a return trip to the area!
