Pros:

Uyên, Thư and Thu are the best customer services, my wife and I was there for one week and two days and 3 days on December 2025 after that.
Customer service was excellent and hotels was clean and nice. We are very happy with all staff including all security officers Hoà, Bình. We think this is 5 stars customer services.

I would love to stay here again once I’m back the staff really helpful especially Uncle Lan super friendly but I know this place are brand new so it is dusty inside our room overall everything else is excellent 😊

Hotel Review
The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, especially Dieu, Thu, and Uyen at the front desk – they are incredibly welcoming and helpful. The housekeeping team keeps the rooms very clean, and the security staff enthusiastically help with carrying luggage.

The hotel is located right in the city center, surrounded by many delicious and affordable eateries. From the hotel, you can even see the Dragon Bridge breathing fire. Definitely worth staying!

I had a fantastic stay at the Elite Luxury Hotel during my recent trip to Da Nang. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to reach popular attractions like the Dragon Bridge, My Khe Beach, and Han Market.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with all modern amenities. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bed was super comfortable, and my room had a direct view of the Dragon Bridge – the night view when the bridge lights up was truly stunning and romantic. The staff were very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. I'm completely satisfied with my experience at this hotel and will definitely return in the future.

Pros:

エレベーターが動かず、キャリーバッグを持って9階まで上がることになったのがキツかったです。また、お湯が出なかったので冷たいシャワーを浴びました。ベッドは清潔でよかったです。スタッフは可愛らしい女性で親切で親しみやすかったです。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれました。
