Overall our stay was good. The apartment is clean and well equipped and the staff were helpful and responsive. Unfortunately a couple of things detracted from our stay, the bed was very firm (not to our personal preference) and there is construction going on next door which was very loud from ~8am-6pm each day. It seems the construction is far from complete. If you got a room on the other side of the building it might be okay.
Really enjoyed my stay here. Very big room and the service from Linh and her team is exceptional. Well organised check in system and Linh is very kind to help with any issues. I would highly recommend.
One of the best work-friendly places I’ve stayed in Hanoi. It’s quiet, well-lit, and the wifi was consistent. The desk and chair setup worked well for calls and writing. Plus, I could relax on the balcony or walk to a café nearby.
室内は新しくリノベーションしており、清潔でしたが、洗濯機の脱水と乾燥がうまく作動せず、不便だった。ベランダへのドアのカギを閉めるときは、力いっぱい押し下げないと閉まりませんでした。フロントの方はチェックインの時以外はいなく、チェックアウト時にもいませんでした。

I was only informed that only cash payment is allowed on the day of check in. Was then told if want to pay via card there is extra 10% charge.
Property also had on going renovation going on which start as early as 8am with drillings and hacking.

I usually stay in hotels, but this studio changed my mind. It was surprisingly homey and had everything I needed—even laundry machines! Loved the wood finishes and peaceful vibes. Super close to cafés and West Lake, too.
