OK stay at Tokyo
Pros:

Room was good for 3 people, we fittet all our luggage in (6 suitcases)
The Beds were comfortable an you can get fresh towels everyday.
Breakfast was OK.

Cons:

The room was very humid. The Bathroom fan was not so good working. The washing machines are OK but our clothes were wet even after two rounds of drying. We the used the coin Loundry in the next alley.
The breakfast room is not that big. We have to eat outside two times because there were so many people's. Good for us the weather was nice.

A 30 min en taxi del aeropuerto de Haneda y recepción 24h (muy útil cuando tu vuelo llega a media noche). Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero tienen todo lo indispensable. Están muy limpias. La localización ideal para visitar Senso-ji y Skytree, con muchas restaurantes por las callecillas cercanas al hotel, lejas del bullicio turístico. El personal es majo.

Cons:

El único punto a mejorar es el desayuno, bajamos una hora antes del cierre del horario y ya casi no quedaba nada... Una pena. Todo parecía casero.

A clean, well-maintained hotel with excellent service and convenient transport connections. With a bus stop right outside and metro stations within a 15-minute walk, getting around was easy. The reception staff were extremely helpful, promptly providing us with a plug adapter when needed. We also appreciated the 24-hour access to an iron and the complimentary amenities available both in the rooms and at reception. Although compact, as is typical of Tokyo accommodation, the room had enough space for a large suitcase. Fresh towels were provided upon request, and our room was cleaned twice during our five-night stay. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience!

L'emplacement est idéal. 10min à pied du métro. Le quartier d'Asakusa est magnifique le soir, les temples sont illuminés, ambiance japonaise plus traditionnelle que les buildinds de shinjuku. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais il y a mieux.

Peu de choix pour les petits déjeuners.

This hotel was in the perfect spot, near Senso-ji-temple, easy to walk around and as well as easy to take the train to different places like shibuya, shinjuk etc. From here you can walk to Tokyo Skytree and the good part there is a Lawson in front, so if you want a nice snack or beer ,you can go there 😉 The staff was super friendly and helpful, in the hotel there is a floor to wash clothes but if you prefer a faster way there is a washing place near the hotel , basically behind where there is washing and drying shoes 👌
Planning our next trip and definitely we will choose the same hotel.
