Pros:

Staff are friendly and the room is clean. There is a bus stop and a convenience store just accross the street.

Cons:

It's in the small details. We found some amenities were missing and only got coffee the first day for example.

Too small, poor bathroom and breakfast
Pros:

Decent location, easy walking distance to Asakusa station and Sensō-ji temple.
Staff very helpful.

Cons:

Rooms exceptionally small, suitcases always in the way.
Bathroom was like something out of a small boat or caravan.
No air-conditioning and nowhere warm for towels so they never dried and the bathroom always smelt damp.

Breakfast was terrible, very little choice and same drab menu every day. On top of this there was very little of it - for example usually only one or two croissants in the basket, inch of rice in the cooker, enough yoghurt for one and so on. The staff might refill things but was always to the minimum (another two croissants…) and never enough for everyone. I don’t blame the staff, more likely the hotel penny-pinching policy.

Loved quiet neighbourhood location and facilities but room a bit too cosy.
Pros:

15 minute walk from Asakura station. Nice neighbourhood. Great to run along the river. Staff friendly. Free coffee and hot chocolate and tea. Laundry room and water dispenser ice dispenser and microwave on third floor for everyone to use. Provided with pyjamas although quite warm to sleep in. Capsule bathroom. Great powerful shower. Kettle and fridge in room.

Cons:

Room quite small with no where to unpack and difficult to open suitcases but we coped. Air conditioning noisy and room quite warm.
