No hot tub

Be aware that the resort may not be responsible for housekeeping and maintenance. I had to contact a third part mgmt company for any housekeeping or mtg needs. The property mgmt was responsive.

Overall it worth the money. Pay to have a private hot tub that's like warm at best. Pillows are massive and there's no smaller option. Condos are clean-ish but don't look at the details.

I will start by saying that I think most of my complaints stem from the fact that we stayed in a privately-owned unit which is managed by a third party and NOT managed by Newpark. We’ve stayed here before and that time we booked directly with Newpark and had a much better experience.
But THIS room had issues. The fireplace was broken, the hot tub had a ring of dirt around the water line and sand in the bottom, there was no curtain covering the right side of the windows, and the curtain rod was hanging off.
Otherwise, we love this property and the hot tub balcony is epic. This particular unit was disappointing.

Participation final I wished it was more clear when booking here that once we checked in, we did not have the support of the front desk and housekeeping staff. We had no housekeeping while we were there. For how much per night amenities should be too notch. Suana had a whole in the cement. Steam room was filthy. Personal hot tub was wonderful. Beds were uncomfortable.

Hot tub was ok. But in the first day was too hot (119 F) and with an error. The other day was operating ok.

The suite was bigger than expected and was clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the nice bathroom tub and hot tub on the balcony. The view from the 4th floor was beautiful, as it faced the mountains. The king size bed was pretty comfortable.

My feedback is the AC didn’t work very well and we wish there were fans available. Also, the TV is quite small and they don’t have any outlets to plug your phone in by the bed, the nearest was the kitchen area.

The hotel didn’t offer any continental breakfast options, so went to places nearby for coffee and food (Cupla Coffee).

Very clean and comfortable. The bathroom had heated floors which was so nice. Nice hot tub on the deck. Would stay here again.

Had a great little getaway at Newpark. I love the location. The room was comfortable and the hot tub on the balcony was awesome. It was nice to have a space to prepare food and our own washer and dryer as well. We will be back.

Great place to relax

I had a great visit.

I made a reservation but was told that I didn’t have one and i also called the resort and they said that there was no reservation on file.
I used the app to book a room again and this time I did get a confirmation email so we showed up and the front desk lady informed us we now had two reservations and that I would need to call Expedia for a refund. When I did that I was told there would be no refund and I got no compensation whatsoever.
It would be one thing if I was just cancelling because I changed my mind but I was booked twice and wasn’t allowed to cancel for a room that I didn’t even use due to an error with your system.

There are some maintenance and wear and tear problems. The smoke detector kept beeping every minute or two. The front desk was very kind and said even though I had booked through a third party and not directly with them they would contact them to let them know the battery needed to be changed. A couple hours later someone came with batteries. However, he didn’t bring a ladder or anything. After trying to balance on the hallway wall and the top of the wheeling kitchen chair he managed to change the battery and left, Quite the spectacle. Unfortunately, it was not a problem with the battery but a problem With the device itself as it was from September 2007 and they are supposed to be replaced every 10 years or sooner. Instead of waiting again for maintenance to come again we informed the front desk of the issue and climbed up ourselves to take down the beeping detector. Kitchen furniture is worn and wobbly- possibly due to being repeatedly used as a ladder.
We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the weekend concert series. This resort is located very conveniently to several food options and shopping as well.

Great place to recharge

The room felt “well used”. Just worn. And the dried contact lens on the nightstand was a little gross. (Neither of us wear contacts).
The hot tub works, and the bed was comfortable.

I wanted to love this hotel. The price was amazing for this studio. The bed and pilllows were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with two sinks. The kitchen area was practical and you gotta love the washer/dryer. Didn’t use the hot tub as it was a heatwave when I was there in August 2025. However, the bed was extremely high and I’m 5’8”. There was a wasp nest in the exterior lighting. A deck chair seat was ripped and completely unusable. The furniture was not comfortable. The shower had black hair snarled in the drain. While the location is great, you are in large shopping area and I could hear delivery trucks early every morning during my 3 night stay.

My only single complaint was the pillows were too hard so that should tell you just how well it went. Such a great area to walk and eat and the pool was fantastic. My children had such a great time. Just what we needed for a weekend getaway.

Very spacious. Hot tub on balcony. Very easy access to trails and shopping. Took a scooter everywhere. So fun!
