Pros:

Très bien dans l'ensemble, la personne de l'accueil parle français.
Bus à proximité de l'hôtel Très pratique pour se rendre en ville.

Cons:

La chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre mais 2 puits de lumière. Quelques petites bêtes dans la douche....

Pros:

La personne qui nous a reçu à notre arrivée était exceptionnelle, il nous a conseillé pour les visites à Como, comment nous diriger pour arriver au bord du lac, soit en bus à 2.5€ soit en train 1.5€ qui se situe derrière l'hôtel à 400m environ le lac étant un peu loin...
La chambre était très propre et confortable.
Rien ne manquait pour le petit déjeuner avec un petit plus pour le jus d'orange à presser nous même.

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas de fenêtre dans la chambre...

Wszystko się podobało. Bardzo dobry komfort, czysto, przyjemnie. Dobra klimatyzacja

Cons:

Brakowało okna i dwóch pojedynczych łóżek. Prawdopodobnie za późno zgłosiłem prośbę o łóżka

Le personnel est super sympa. Le garage souterrain est gratuit

Cons:

Chambre sans fenêtres, très bruyante: on entend tout de chambre à chambre. Ventilation très bruyante également. Trop de monde au petit déjeuner pas de place pour s'installer dans la salle dédiée à cette effet... rapport qualité prix plus que déplorable : plus de 300 euros pour 2 nuits dans 1 chambre sans fenêtres... c'est très très très très dur à accepter. Malheureusement pour nous, la réservation est payée à l'avance. Si non, nous aurions été ailleurs

le personnel est très accueillant très agréable et disponible pour les clients. La chambre est très propre. C'est un peu loin du centre mais il y a des bus juste à côté de l'hôtel donc très pratique.

Pros:

Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal freundlich und das Frühstück in Buffetform lecker. Der Kaffee war allerdings sehr stark und leider ungenießbar – niemand von uns konnte ihn trinken.

Cons:

Was uns sehr überrascht hat, war, dass die zwei Zimmer, die wir reserviert hatten, keine Fenster hatten, sondern nur jeweils zwei Öffnungen in der Decke. In einem Zimmer konnte man eine Abdeckung öffnen, sodass etwas Licht hereinkam, im anderen Zimmer war das jedoch nicht möglich. Dort war es sehr dunkel. Generell herrschte in den Zimmern eine sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit.

Arrivée compliquée : Hotidays à l'intérieur de B&B
Chambre sans fenêtres sans en avoir été informé ; 2 lucarnes non isolées.
Fonctionnement électricité trop compliqué,
ABSENCE DE CHAUFFAGE,
salle de petit déjeuner minuscule = cohue;

Prix inacceptable pour cette qualité....vaut 50/75 euros de moins par nuit
