Pros:

No geral foi bom mas a localização é ruim, sendo o hotel muito distante dos principais pontos turísticos. A estação de trem mais próxima fica a 10min. O colchão afundava em um dos lados.

Cama desconfortável
Funcionários da recepção não souberam nem quiseram ajudar quanto à discordância entre minha reserva que constava café da manhã e a reserva que aparecia no computador deles que não constava.
Quem realmente ajudou foi a atendente do café da manhã que ao eu mostrar a reserva do café da manhã não cobrou nova refeição.

I was impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I was greeted nicely upon arrival. When leaving early the next morning, the night staff were politely waiting for me with a taxi I had requested.
