Pros:

We hadden voor het ontbijt betaald en moesten bij vertrek nogmaals betalen voor het ontbijt. Balie medewerker wilde niet luisteren dat we al betaald hadden(ook niet na het laten zien van het factuur). Uiteindelijk zijn we weg gelopen.
