Cons:
Elevator - the first elevator coming in from the garage didn’t work or was turned off when we arrived late at night, took quite a bit of searching to discover there is another one just down the hall and around the corner. Some signs would been been very helpful!

Lint - I love that there’s a laundry room in the hotel, but the dryers were full of lint to the point it’s a serious fire hazard. No signs asking people to remove lint, no bins for the lint.

All in all I love the concept of the staffless hotels , but it could use some fine tuning.
